I have 6 years’ HR work experience in large multinational firms. In particular, I worked at Hewlett-Packard Company, as Workforce Planning Analyst (France) and worked at Augmentum Software Company (China, Shanghai), as Senior HR Specialist. I have rich experience to support HR projects or lead portions of large global HR projects, such as Workforce Reduction, Contingent Workforce Planning, Total Cost of Workforce, Off-cycle Rating/Salary Adjustment, Sales Coverage Plan, Location Initiatives, Talents Acquisition Planning, Attrition Analysis, Diversity Analysis, Headcount Evolutions, Internal Mobility, etc.
As Project Manager at EIRMA, a substantial portion of my work focuses on organization transformation in large multinational firms. I conducted an empirical study by interviewing large numbers of senior corporate R&D managers and observed the patterns of global R&D configuration in MNCs and evolution. In 2013, a case study report I wrote on effective global R&D with Brazil as focal country has been published by EIRMA. This 3-year project gave me greater expertise in assessing the ways in which the distributed R&D centers are started up, managed and developed.
